New Suggested Practices & Rental Guidelines to keep You and Yours Safe...

We are employing CDC suggested practices in order for you to continue to have your gatherings at The Gathering at Milton.  Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, there are federal and state government guidelines regarding gatherings. We ask that a Renter hereby agrees to follow federal and state guidelines that are in place on the date of their event, specifically the Tennessee Pledge guidelines, which are incorporated hereto. We ask a Renter to hereby agree to follow guidelines for social distancing, including but not limited to, hand washing, standing 6 feet apart, limiting person-to-person contact, encouraging guests to wear masks, staggering guest arrival and departure, providing single-serve rather than buffet style food and drink, and sanitizing surfaces during their event at The Gathering at Milton. We further will ask a Renter to agree to sanitize surfaces at the end of their event. A Renter will be required to sign a contract prior their event to hereby indemnify The Gathering at Milton and Phillip and Alanna Vaught from any and all damages, injuries, illness or liabilities related to having an event during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Pricing to reserve The Gathering at Milton can vary.  To offer you a more customized option we ask that you call us for a price quote.  However, the following prices are typical of a basic rental.  


Monday through Thursday pricing starts at $200.00 for up to 6 hours of rental for up to 65 people. If you anticipate more than 65 people there is an additional $50.00 charge due to the "wear and tear" on the building.  Friday through Sunday pricing starts at $300.00 for up to 6 hours of rental for up to 65 people.  If you anticipate more than 65 people there is an additional $50.00 charge due to the "wear and tear" on the building

A $100.00 non-refundable deposit is required to hold a date for a 6 hour rental.  This is then subtracted from the total cost of the rental which is due the week of the rental.


The above prices include 60 inch round tables (13 available) and black folding chairs (106 available), a full catering kitchen with double oven, warmer, microwave, refrigerator/freezer combo, full upright freezer, and large prep area; three restrooms with one being handicap accessible; a large serving area with an 8 ft rectangular table for use; and full access to the facility as well as ample parking. 


The tables must be covered.  We have black linen cloths, ivory, red, MTSU blue & white checker, red & white checker, and black & white checker (we have black napkins, red napkins, and blue & white checked napkins as well) for rent at $10.00 each.  We also sell plastic covers in a variety of colors for $5.00 each.  You can also provide your own coverings. We also have 6 ft and 8 ft black floor-length table cloths for rent at $10.00 each (mostly used in the serving area).


If we clean after your event there is a $75.00 cleaning fee (this could increase as much as $25 if the event is over 65 people and depending on the nature of the event). A cleaning checklist is provided if you clean after your event. Our desire is the facility be left just as you found it. 

PLEASE NOTE: Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic and up-to-date CDC guidelines the Renter may or may not have the option to self-clean.


Full day rental begins at $500.00.  This is up to a 15 hour time frame in one day.  A $200.00 non-refundable deposit is required to hold an all-day rental.  This is then subtracted from the total cost of the rental which is due the week of the rental. Wedding prices begin at $700.00. 50% of the total cost is required to book a wedding. 

We can also provide food for your event.  We use several local caterers.  You can also provide your own food.  We DO NOT prepare and sell any food at the facility.


The Gathering at Milton also has an adjoining large lot for outdoor activities.
