Rates & Rental Information

Pricing to reserve The Gathering at Milton can vary.  To offer you a more customized option we ask that you call us for a price quote.  However, the following prices are typical of a basic rental:

 

HALF DAY RENTAL

Monday - Thursday

Pricing starts at $200

up to 6 hours of rental

up to 65 people

up to 100 people add $50

 

Friday - Sunday 

pricing starts at $300

up to 6 hours of rental

up to 65 people

up to 100 people add $50

 

A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to hold a date for a 6 hour rental. 

This is then subtracted from the total cost of the rental which is due the week of the rental.

 

FULL DAY RENTAL

Pricing begins at $500

This is up to a 15 hour time frame in one day.  

 

WEDDING RENTAL

Pricing begins at $700

 

A $200 non-refundable deposit is required to hold an all-day rental.  This is then subtracted from the total cost of the rental which is due the week of the rental. 50% of the total cost is required to book a wedding. 

CLEANING

You can clean the facility & leave it just as you found it (checklist provided)

OR we charge a $75 Cleaning Fee (this could increase as much as $25 if the event is over 65 people)

*** Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic and up-to-date CDC guidelines the Renter may or may not have the option to self-clean the building.

 

CATERING

You can provide your own food

OR we can provide food for your event

We use several local caterers. We DO NOT prepare and sell any food at the facility.

 

TABLES & COVERINGS

 

You can provide your own coverings OR rent them from us. We have thirteen 60” round tables available for use (included in the price). The tables must be covered. 

 

Linen table cloths 60” round = $10 each

(available in black, ivory, red, MTSU blue & white checker, red & white checker, and black & white checker)

 

Napkins available in black, red, and blue & white checked 

 

Plastic covers = $5 each

(available in a variety of colors)

 

Linen table cloths 6' & 8' (black floor length) = $10 each

(mainly used in the serving area)

60 inch round tables (13 available) 

Black folding chairs (106 available)

Full Catering Kitchen with stove, warming oven, microwave, refrigerator, full upright freezer, and large prep area with sink

Separate Serving Area with an 8' rectangular table

Three restrooms (one being handicap accessible)

The Gathering at Milton also has an adjoining large fenced lot for outdoor activities or larger events.
