Pricing to reserve The Gathering at Milton can vary.  To offer you a more customized option we ask that you call us for a price quote.  However, the following prices are typical of a basic rental.  

 

Monday through Thursday pricing starts at $200.00 for up to 6 hours of rental for up to 65 people. If you anticipate more than 65 people there is an additional $50.00 charge due to the "wear and tear" on the building.  Friday through Sunday pricing starts at $300.00 for up to 6 hours of rental for up to 65 people.  If you anticipate more than 65 people there is an additional $50.00 charge due to the "wear and tear" on the building

A $100.00 non refundable deposit is required to hold a date for a 6 hour rental.  This is then subtracted from the total cost of the rental which is due the week of the rental.

 

The above prices include 60 inch round tables (13 available) and black folding chairs (106 available), a full catering kitchen with double oven, warmer, microwave, refrigerator/freezer combo, full upright freezer, and large prep area; three restrooms with one being handicap accessible; a large serving area with an 8 ft rectangular table for use; and full access to the facility as well as ample parking. 

 

The tables must be covered.  We have black linen cloths (we have black napkins as well), ivory, red & white checked, and black & white checked for rent at $10.00 each.  We also sell plastic covers in a variety of colors for $5.00 each.  You can also provide you own coverings. We also have 6 ft and 8 ft black floor length table cloths for rent at $10.00 each (mostly used in the serving area).

 

If we clean after your event there is a $50.00 cleaning fee.  You also have the option to clean it yourself and a checklist for this is provided.  Our desire is the facility be left just as you found it. 

 

Full day rental begins at $500.00.  This is up to a 15 hour time frame in one day.  A $200.00 non refundable deposit is required to hold an all day rental.  This is then subtracted from the total cost of the rental which is due the week of the rental. Wedding prices begin at $700.00. 50% of the total cost is required to book a wedding. 

We can also provide food for your event.  We use several local caterers.  You can also provide your own food.  We DO NOT prepare and sell any food at the facility.

 

The Gathering at Milton also has an adjoining large lot for outdoor activities.
